DEVELOPMENT OF PSR IN OKB GIDROPRESS
2009 - 2010 – implementation of the Rosatom Production System (RPS). Development of RPS methodology and tools in pilot production sections.
2011 - active phase of PSR implementation. Launching of a pilot project for production of pitch electromagnetic drives of the control and protection system (CPS drives SHEM-3) for WWER reactor plants – "Comprehensive optimization of manufacturing of product "CPS drive SHEM-3 ".
2012 - 2014 – active use of RPS tools in different areas of the company’s activity - launching of projects to optimize development of design documentation, purchasing activities and warehouse management.
2015 - application of a systematic approach to PSR expansion (decomposition of the company's goals, training of the senior management and participants of PSR projects in application of PSR methodology, implementation of PSR projects in the office and production using a unified methodology, motivation programs for different levels of employees). Two major projects have been implemented aimed at reducing of non-production losses and increasing productivity. The result was a 23.9% reduction in the cost of manufacturing of product “CPS drive SHEM-3”.
2016 - six PSR projects were implemented on the production site. Four projects were implemented in other areas. OKB "GIDROPRESS" was selected as a candidate for the role of a PSR-based enterprise.
2017 г. - OKB "GIDROPRESS" is included in the perimeter of the systematic expansion of PSR in the industry. 85 personal PSR projects of the company's managers were implemented. PSR-project of the production division "Packaging section" was included in the top five of the industry contest of PPU and PSR - projects.
The first and second Stages of the large-scale project "Creation of an exemplary flow of documentation for the reactor plant technical design" were successfully implemented in the design process.
